Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company, a long-established Midwest bread and baked goods producer, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Springfield, OH facility. You will oversee the production on the assigned shift under the Operations Excellence Production Manager and ensure food safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

The role requires leadership on the shop floor, adherence to GMPs, and the ability to manage daily line activities, start-up checks, and shift reports to support production

Qualifications

• At least five (3-5) years’ experience in food manufacturing supervision.
• Six Sigma Green belt and or Black Belt certification

Responsibilities

• Review Process Lead daily documentation for mechanical problems and scheduling with the Process Leader.
• Review production run schedule for correct code dates, packaging, and items on schedule.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field
