Job summary

Bimbo QSR in Zanesville, OH is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, organize and control bakery production, ensuring efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards. The role oversees production lines, coordinates with maintenance, sanitation and shipping, and directly supervises production associates.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage start-ups and changeovers, monitor quality, prepare schedules, and enforce safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in bakery or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to motivate and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control production to ensure efficiency, safety and quality.
• Oversee production lines and supervise associates.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and housekeeping.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
• Develop production schedules to meet demand.
• Monitor product quality and perform formula/dough checks.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
