Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Inspector in Salt Lake City, UT. You will perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections of medical device components and finished products, using microscopes, vision systems and magnification tools, ensuring conformance to design specs.

You will follow SOPs, record traceable device history data, and support inventory control while training colleagues and maintaining clean room standards in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsabilités

• T perform functional testing of finished products using automated and manual equipment.
• Follow SOPs and document traceable information in device history records and JDE as applicable.
• Verify manufacturing documents against component and device drawings.
• May supervise inventory and train colleagues from other sites.

Your work will involve you optimizing product development to impact patients around the world with pioneering technology.Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00amPay rate: $19.98/hr (you will receive an additional 10% differential for working 2nd shift)How you'll make an impact:• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of components and/or finished medical device products using a wide variety of tools and equipment such as magnifying lamp, microscope, vision inspection system, etc. to ensure conformance with design specifications• Perform functional testing of finished medical device products using both automated and manual valve testing equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications• Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE.• Perform verification of manufacturing documents with component and device drawings• May control inventory to ensure appropriate storage conditions and movement• May train colleagues from other sites, including inspection of their work output• Other incidental duties: General work area housekeepingWhat you'll need (required):• H.S.
