Job summary

RTX in Asheville, NC is seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Operator to support blade/ vane production on the Pratt & Whitney line. You will operate multiple production machines, run quality checks, and document process data.

This onsite role requires US citizenship, a High School diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing experience or advanced manufacturing training. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu, 4:15 p.m.–2:45 a.m.).

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• Previous manufacturing experience or education in Advanced Manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines on second shift (M-Th, 4:15 p.m.–2:45 a.m.) to lay up blades/vanes.
• Read process sheets, interpret gauges, perform measurements, and document results.
• Keep work area 5S compliant and perform TPM and maintenance as needed.
