Job summary

Boeing is seeking Assembly Manufacturing Engineers in St. Louis to drive airplane manufacturing, production readiness, and delivery-center flyaway operations.

You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate solutions across disciplines, ensuring efficient processes and stringent quality standards. The role involves contributing to programs like F-15EX, T-7A Red Hawk, MQ-25 Stingray, and F/A-18, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain US security clearance; US citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain program access; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes for composite fabrication.
  • Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Support delivery operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and composite fabrication considerations.
  • Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes.
