Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Liaison Engineer for the MQ-25 program to support 2nd shift operations in the St. Louis area. You will apply Boeing design principles to resolve product and process issues across the lifecycle, collaborating with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams.

You will analyze non-conformances, drive root cause dispositions, and help implement improvements while supporting design reviews and IPTs to ensure mission readiness and safety.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology (Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination.
  • Experience performing MRB product review.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the lifecycle.
  • Analyze design non‑conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.
  • Research and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be addressed through standard processes.
  • Develop interim and final engineering solutions to support safe, effective product operation.
  • Identify, document, and evaluate reported problems and deviations affecting design intent or safety.
  • Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions for timely resolution.
  • Develop product and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Support IPTs and participate in design reviews.
  • Represent the engineering organization in build and post‑production environments.
