Interlake Steamship Company seeks a 2nd Cook to support the Chief Steward in Galley operations. The role covers meal prep, sanitation, stocking, and light hotel services for vessel guests, with potential cross-department placement.

A valid Ordinary Seaman and FH endorsement, plus Coast Guard medical clearance, are required. The position is full-time and based in Middleburg Heights, OH, with duties that may involve guest accommodations and adherence to the Station Bill.

Competenze

• Must hold valid US Coast Guard Medical Certificate and TWIC.
• Endorsement as Ordinary Seaman and Food Handler required.
• First Aid/ CPR/ AED and Servsafe certifications are required.
• Minimum 5-year company or union physical with 'Fit for Duty' status.
