Job summary

University of Baltimore seeks a Program Manager for the Second Chance College Program to oversee academic activities both on campus and at Jessup Correctional Institution. Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Two years of progressive experience in higher education administration, with supervisory experience.
• PhD in higher education or related field preferred.
• Experience working inside correctional facilities or with government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with prison administration to deliver UBalt programming.
• Guide students in program, including financial standing and policy explanations.
• Coordinate grant identification, application, compliance and management.
• Manage course selection and scheduling each semester.
• Recruit, train, supervise on-site staff, student workers, interns and volunteers.
• Serve as liaison between JCI students and UBalt offices for admissions, enrollment and advising.
