Job summary

White Oak Conservation is seeking a Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to support planning, execution, and supervision of golf course maintenance. This hands-on supervisory role reports to the Golf Course Superintendent and assists in maintaining championship conditions while ensuring staff performance and equipment readiness.

The candidate will operate turf maintenance equipment, manage irrigation, and ensure safety compliance across the Turf Care Center.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management or related field.

• Operates turf maintenance equipment and irrigation systems.
