A seafood processing company is looking for an Oiler/Wiper to maintain vessel equipment and ensure safety compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing scheduled maintenance, and managing engine room operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and the ability to work in challenging weather conditions. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Oiler/Wiper or 3rd Assistant preferred.
• Ability to work 12-13 hrs/day for 7 days/week in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to provide 2 recent positive references from previous employers.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all vessel equipment and systems; recognize normal operation.
• Perform scheduled rounds and maintain engine room log book.
• Monitor and perform scheduled maintenance on engine room equipment.
• Maintain oil and water levels; manage filtration in propulsion equipment.
