Position Overview:

Join a leading financial services organization as the Senior Manager of SEC & Financial Reporting. In this high-impact role, you will lead the preparation and submission of all external financial filings and debt compliance reporting. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, providing critical insights and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the financial reporting function of a dynamic and growing public company.

Key Responsibilities:

SEC & External Reporting

  • Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy statements, and earnings releases
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all external filings in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external auditors to ensure seamless quarterly and annual closes
  • Support senior leadership with detailed financial analysis and reporting packages to inform investor communications and decision-making
  • Monitor and assess new accounting standards and prepare technical accounting memos as needed
  • Continually evaluate and enhance the consolidation and reporting process to drive efficiency and accuracy

Debt Compliance Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual debt covenant compliance reports
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to lenders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required
  • 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including a strong foundation in public accounting and SEC reporting (Big 4 or national firm preferred)
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and financial statement disclosures
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement
