Insight Public Sector is seeking a SEC Reporting Analyst in Chandler, AZ on a hybrid schedule. This role supports SEC reporting, technical accounting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IR, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate public disclosures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years in financial reporting, familiarity with U.S. GAAP, and exposure to Workiva. CPA progress and Excel proficiency are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Progress toward CPA or CPA designation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing quarterly Form 10-Q filings and annual Form 10-K.
• Consolidate workpapers and support SEC reporting materials.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, and other teams.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant accounting for contracts and equity transactions.
• Manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines during quarter-end.
