Job summary

Southeast Connections, LLC is seeking a Drill Locator to identify and mark utilities before HDD drilling for gas line installations. The incumbent will support the HDD Operator and work outdoors in Monticello, AR.

Position requires Heavy lifting, travel, and clear communication with coworkers and clients. Education: HS diploma or GED; experience with horizontal drill locator preferred in utility work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Horizontal Drill Locator Experience preferred.
• Experience with utility work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operator with all duties
• Locate and mark utility lines
• Able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors (lift 60lbs)
• Communicate effectively in writing and in person with coworkers, clients, and external contacts
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Takes personal responsibility for the quality and presentation of work
• Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism and discretion at all times to all levels of the organization
• Able to support a dynamic project environment with time-driven deadlines
• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time to assigned project(s)
