Job summary

The role focuses on the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, preparation of 10-K/10-Q/8-K disclosures, and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience; Public Accounting a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred; knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Assist with disclosures in Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, including earnings press releases.
• Support pensions, equity compensation, goodwill, ASC 842 leases, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Maintain accounting policies in line with GAAP and assist with accounting research.
• Assist with audit requests and respond to SEC inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
