Job summary

Rogers-Corporation is seeking a technical accountant to support external financial reporting under US GAAP from its Chandler, AZ office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely 10-K/10-Q/8-K disclosures and revenue recognition per ASC 606.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 2+ years of technical accounting; CPA or CPA candidate is preferred. Public accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 2+ years in technical accounting and financial reporting; public accounting a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Support disclosures in 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; assist with earnings press releases.
• Research accounting standards and prepare memos on Company positions.
• Support audit requests and ensure policy compliance.
