Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• At least 5 years experience with public accounting or SEC reporting.
• CPA credential required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) with disclosure tie-outs.
• Perform technical accounting research and prepare position papers under US GAAP.
• Coordinate 401(k) plan accounting and annual audits.
• Review lease accounting under ASC 842 and support monthly close.
• Support SOX controls and collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and IR.
