We are seeking a qualified SEC and Technical Accounting Manager to oversee reporting for a SaaS company with over $100 million in revenue.

Main Responsibilities

1. Own and manage SEC reporting processes.
2. Support the accounting team in evaluating business activities, researching technical guidance, determining GAAP treatments, and preparing memorandums and policies.
3. Contribute to the annual and quarterly SEC reporting, as well as internal financial reporting to executive leadership and the board.
4. Prepare SEC disclosures, including financial statements, footnotes, and operating metrics for filings and other reporting needs.
5. Conduct financial analyses as needed.
6. Maintain strong relationships with external auditors.
7. Assist with monthly financial close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and reporting.
• CPA qualification, preferably with a Big 4 background (considering current Big 4 Managers with SEC experience).
• Driven, professional, and capable of working efficiently.
• High emotional intelligence and a positive attitude.
