Position Summary:

This role is crucial for LivaNova's SEC financial reporting, IFRS Annual Report, and sustainability disclosures. The work produced is relied upon by senior management, investors, and analysts to assess company performance. Accurate and timely work supports our innovation and success in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing LivaNova's 10-Qs and 10-Ks
2. Assist in the IFRS Annual Report preparation
3. Support sustainability reporting, including financial disclosures and controls
4. Prepare monthly/quarterly accounting entries related to share-based compensation and equity
5. Review and tie out quarterly earnings releases and external documents
6. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and sustainability standards
7. Draft accounting memos on relevant topics
8. Coordinate with external auditors for successful audits

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prepare clear work papers with documentation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good judgment and deadline management
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., CSRD) is a plus

Education & Certifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's in accounting
• 8+ years of experience, preferably including SEC financial reporting
• Active CPA license required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary estimated between $130,000 - $170,000/year + discretionary bonus (may vary by location)
