A high-growth healthcare company in Dallas is seeking a Senior SEC Accountant. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office expectations and remote work during month-end close. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting and a strong foundation in public accounting. Training on SEC reporting will be provided. Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 | CPA Required | No SEC Experience Needed – Training Provided

Schedule: In office Monday through Thursday; remote on Fridays and during the week of close.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, and Proxy statements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements under U.S. GAAP and SEC standards.
• Prepare supporting schedules, stock‑based compensation entries, and variance analysis.
• Perform and document SOX controls and maintain tie‑out binders for filings.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on ad‑hoc accounting and reporting projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred).
• Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter with a positive attitude who enjoys taking initiative and learning quickly.
