Qualifications

• Public Accounting experience, minimum 4 years.
• Active CPA in Texas required.
• Board presentation experience with senior leadership.
• Willing to perform execution-level tasks without staff to delegate.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm to contribute on the project team.
• Strong ERP skills with exposure to AI tools for technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deadlines autonomously and move tasks forward.
• Research complex technical accounting issues and write technical memos.
• Liaise with the auditor and deliver PBC documents for year-end audit.
• Provide hands-on execution for SEC reporting and general accounting tasks.
