The SEB Coach acts as a bridge between district vision and classroom practice, providing coaching, curriculum development, and professional development to staff while supporting MTSS and PBIS efforts across the school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience with ability to deliver staff professional development.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers on evidence-based SEL strategies and support effective implementation.
• Develop, write, and integrate SEL curriculum and restorative circles.
• Plan and deliver community meetings to foster an inclusive school climate.
• Align SEB practices with PBIS and oversee school-based PBIS systems.
• Support MTSS processes and participate in MTSS team activities.
• Coach staff on behavior management and restorative practices.
