Job summary

Food Lifeline is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Seattle-area warehouse. This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient, and accurate movement of food from receiving to distribution, and on coaching a team of warehouse staff to perform at the highest standard.

You will set priorities, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience with food safety and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is desirable.
• Able to coach and develop employees in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff; set daily priorities and coordinate people and resources.
• Address operational challenges and drive safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
