Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for full-time unarmed mobile patrol in Seattle, WA. You will patrol a retail location, deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide courteous service while upholding safety procedures.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, maintaining logs, and clear communication with guests and team members. Requirements: customer service experience, HS diploma, background check, and drug screen as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including entrances and parking areas.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to site contacts.
• Maintain clear activity logs and incident reports while ensuring a welcoming environment.
