Job summary

West500 Partners is seeking a local Technical Program Manager in the Seattle/Kent area to oversee technical scoping, planning, and delivery between a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform and customer ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of TPM experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex software integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL, and data integrity across multi-stakeholder environments. Willingness to travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

6–8 years of TPM experience in fast-paced startups.
Experience leading complex software integration projects.
Experience with APIs, middleware, ETL.
Ability to resolve data integrity, latency, errors across integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management with engineers and executives.
Working knowledge of ERP/PLM platforms.
ITAR eligibility: US Citizenship or Green Card.
Background in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial software environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical scoping, planning, and delivery between the B2B SaaS platform and customer ERP systems.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with implementation partners.
Act as technical liaison for customer IT teams.
Travel to customer sites as needed.
