Job summary

West500 Partners is seeking a local Technical Program Manager in the Seattle/Kent area to oversee technical scoping, planning, and delivery between a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform and customer ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of TPM experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex software integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL, and data integrity across multi-stakeholder environments. Willingness to travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of TPM experience in fast-paced startups.
• Experience leading complex software integration projects.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, ETL.
• Ability to resolve data integrity, latency, errors across integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with engineers and executives.
• Working knowledge of ERP/PLM platforms.
• ITAR eligibility: US Citizenship or Green Card.
• Background in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial software environments.

Job description

Our client is building software that helps engineering and manufacturing teams build complex hardware (rockets, alternative energy, biotech) more efficiently. They’re currently in need of a local Seattle-area Technical Program Manager to oversee the technical scoping, planning, and delivery between their cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform and customer ERP systems. We're looking for an established TPM who can lead complex software integration projects while serving as the technical liaison for customer IT teams and implementation partners.

This role is 3+ days per week onsite in the Seattle/Kent area and does require travel to customer sites.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

• 6-8 years Technical Program Management experience
• Deep background managing multiple + complex technical projects in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven experience managing software integration projects involving APIs, middleware, ETL, and related technologies
• Ability to identify/resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; proven experience collaborating with engineers and executive-level business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of ERP platforms/PLM platforms (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Experience writing and reviewing technical specifications, integration documentation, or runbooks
• Industry experience in manufacturing, hardware, or industrial software environments

Must qualify to work in an ITAR environment (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
