Job summary

Therapy Solutions is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This part-time, on-site role (0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week) supports students via evaluations, treatment plans, and direct OT services aligned with IEP goals.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in OT, valid state OT license, and NBCOT certification; school‑setting experience is preferred. Strong collaboration and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an OT.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience with school-aged children or educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for classroom access.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support accommodations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.
• Educate staff and families on strategies for carryover of therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions.
