Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Seattle, WA is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role focuses on evaluating and supporting students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills within IEP frameworks.

The OT will collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice OT in the state of service.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' access and success in educational environments.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications and interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
• Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based OT.

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Occupational Therapists in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing*:

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ individual needs in dynamic school environments.
• Someone who values collaboration and student-centered services.
