Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience documenting requirements and process maps.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate discussions to identify challenges and outcomes.
• Develop requirements, user stories, use cases, and process docs.
• Support prioritization and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current-state processes and create future-state maps.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities; drive recommendations.
• Collaborate with executives, program managers, SMEs, and end users.
• Produce presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Support system modernization, testing, training, and implementation.
• Track issues, risks, dependencies, and actions.
