Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
• You must have knowledge of Microsoft Project & other project management tools.
• Experience with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution and completion of commercial construction projects.
• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Conduct job site coordination meetings and job status reports.
