Job summary

The role requires overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Project & other project management tools.
• Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of commercial construction projects.
• Participate in owner/client sales presentations and design development.
• Conduct project close-out duties including final cost and final collection of fees.
