ImageFIRST is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Vegas and Utah region. You will develop regional strategies, mentor a sales team, and drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and leveraging market insights.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and includes budget oversight, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to align with company objectives. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to meet regional targets.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
