ImageFIRST is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for Seattle and Portland, based in the Seattle area. You will develop regional sales strategies, lead a high‑performing team, build strong client relationships, and report performance to senior management.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales (2+ in management) are required, with willingness to travel. This role collaborates with marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and performance within a specific geographic area. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

This role will coverSeattleandPortland and must be based out of theSeattle area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management. Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in sales, with at least [2] years in a managerial role.
