Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, operations research, automation, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline.
• Proficient in ML and statistics with practical application experience.
• Proficient in Python/Java with coding abilities and ML/DL framework experience (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Demonstrates exploration, data analysis, initiative, and teamwork/communication skills.
• Master's degree preferred in Software Development/CS/CE.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents, long-horizon agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with LLM post-training, evaluation, or RLHF/GRPO.
• Experience building benchmarks from real production questions, taxonomies, and regression evaluation.
• Experience with logistics, e-commerce, operations research, data platforms, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning and OR models for global E-commerce supply chain and logistics.
• Predict ETA and logistics events using DL, NLP, and knowledge graphs.
• Forecast sales and demand at various levels using time-series methods.
• Grow e-commerce merchants/creators via growth and outreach algorithms.
• Analyze data to optimize traffic distribution and pricing/subsidy strategies.
