TikTok is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer Intern for the E-Commerce Recommendation/Search Alliance in Seattle. You will work on large-scale recommendation and ranking systems to deliver real-time product suggestions for millions of users, and help build AI-driven merchant tools to boost affiliate performance.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prototype new models, and advance production-ready ML solutions while participating in learning events and workshops designed for career

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in software/CS/CE or related discipline.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
• Foundations in machine learning, statistics, and big data engineering.

Responsabilités

• Design and build ML, recommendation, and ranking algorithms for large-scale e-commerce.
• Develop AI-powered merchant operation systems and AI agents to optimize affiliate strategies.
• Apply LLMs, NLP, and multimodal ML to discover business opportunities and growth.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Prototype and productionize new AI technologies for intelligent commerce.
