TikTok is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer Graduate to join the E-Commerce User Growth team in Seattle for a 2027 start. You’ll tackle recommender system challenges, personalize marketing, and contribute to growth experiments that drive user engagement and GMV.

The role requires solid software and ML foundations, experience with C++/Python, and exposure to big data and DL tools. A strong teamwork mindset is a must in this fast-paced unit.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in C++ and Python; at least one Big Data tool (Hive SQL/Spark/MapReduce) and one DL tool (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures with excellent coding skills.
• Strong learning ability, curiosity, and good communication/teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in optimizing TikTok e-Commerce growth and marketing algorithms (user value modelling, personalized messaging, recommendations).
• Establish a user lifecycle data and value system for TikTok Mall growth.
• Contribute to product/technical solutions for growth engines (push notifications, recommendations).
• Optimize recall/sorting for new user recommendations to improve relevance and diversity.
• Improve marketing efficiency via uplift models and operations research for GMV growth.
