Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. seeks an experienced Estimator to drive bid identification, pricing, and proposal development for marine construction projects. You will lead technical and commercial efforts, coordinate crews and equipment needs, and bring rigorous cost control to complex pursuits.

The role requires extensive estimating experience in heavy civil and marine environments, with a focus on creating competitive, compliant submissions for public and private clients.

Competenze

• 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or marine construction.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, and contracts for bids.
• Ability to develop detailed cost estimates and crew/equipment plans.
• Experience with subcontractor pricing and proposal development.

Mansioni

• Lead technical bids and proposals from strategy through submission.
• Prepare technical proposals, work plans, and methods narratives.
• Coordinate project schedules to support proposals and submissions.
• Manage pursuit strategy and lead multi-disciplinary proposal teams.
• Participate in client presentations and interviews.
