AMLI Residential in Seattle is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support four luxury communities: AMLI South Lake Union, AMLI 535, AMLI Arc, and AMLI Waterfront. You will connect with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and guide them through the leasing process.

This role rewards sales and customer service skills with hourly pay of $22 plus commissions and bonuses, plus benefits like PTO, health coverage, a 401(k), and rent discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with prospective residents confidently.

Responsibilities

• Showcase & Sell: conduct engaging tours across four luxury communities.
• Build Relationships: connect with prospective residents to understand needs.
• Follow Up & Close: respond to inquiries and convert leads to leases.
• Achieve Leasing Goals: work toward individual and team occupancy targets.
• Know Your Communities: maintain knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities.
• Manage the Leasing Process: prepare leases and process applications.
• Create Great Experiences: assist with move-ins and renewals.
• Support Community Engagement: participate in events and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate: work with onsite teams to meet leasing goals across all communities.
