AMLI Residential in Seattle is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support four luxury communities: AMLI South Lake Union, AMLI 535, AMLI Arc, and AMLI Waterfront. You will conduct engaging tours, build relationships with prospective residents, and drive leases across multiple properties.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and sales skills, a customer-service mindset, and weekend availability.

• Saturday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Showcase & Sell: conduct engaging apartment tours across four luxury communities.
• Build Relationships: understand needs and help find the right apartment home.
• Follow Up & Close: respond to inquiries and convert leads to leases.
• Achieve Leasing Goals: work toward individual and team occupancy goals.
• Know Your Communities: stay informed on pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Manage the Leasing Process: prepare lease agreements and process applications.
• Create Great Experiences: assist with move-ins and renewals.
• Collaborate: work with onsite teams to meet leasing targets.
