AMLI Management Company is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support four luxury Seattle communities: AMLI South Lake Union, AMLI 535, AMLI Arc, and AMLI Waterfront. The role focuses on showing, selling, and leasing, with opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses.

The position requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and the ability to travel between sites. Prior leasing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to meet leasing goals and work across multiple communities.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and sell leasing to prospective residents across four luxury communities.
• Build relationships and understand residents' needs to find the right apartment home.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels to convert leads.
• Meet individual and team leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commissions.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities across all properties.
• Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and manage leasing documentation.
• Assist with move-ins, renewals, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver exceptional service across all communities.

With four communities to showcase, you'll gain exposure to different apartment styles, amenities, and neighborhood experiences while having more opportunities to turn prospects into residents. Whether you have apartment leasing experience or a background in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service, we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Showcase & Sell: Conduct engaging, personalized apartment tours across four luxury communities, highlighting apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
• Build Relationships: Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment home.
• Follow Up & Close: Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries, consistently following up to convert leads into signed leases.
• Achieve Leasing Goals: Work toward individual and team leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commission opportunities.
• Know Your Communities: Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and the unique features of each property.
• Manage the Leasing Process: Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing.
• Create Great Experiences: Assist with move-ins, resident renewals, and retention efforts.
• Support Community Engagement: Participate in resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate: Work closely with onsite teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve leasing goals across all four communities.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 per hour + Leasing Commissions & Bonuses Earn up to 40% additional compensation through commissions and bonuses!

What We're Looking For
