Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally including insurance coverage litigation.
• Active Washington State Bar license.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, recovery matters, and coverage litigation.
• Review and interpret policies to evaluate coverage, exclusions, and insurer obligations.
• Research complex legal issues and develop strategies for resolving disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, review documents, and assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions.
• Communicate with clients and contribute to negotiations and dispute resolution.
