Job summary

THG Beauty is seeking a Sales and Education Coordinator for Seattle to drive Sephora sales across WA, OR, MT, and ID. The role is field-based, with 70–80% travel, and requires training Beauty Advisors, executing brand events, and maintaining strong retail relationships.

You will partner with leadership to plan territory strategy, deliver product knowledge, and manage travel and budgets. Applies to candidates located in Seattle, WA area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beauty retail, with multi-door territory experience.
• 1+ year Sephora-specific training or retail experience.
• Proven selling ability and event execution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in the field with strong Excel/reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Strategy & Sales Execution: develop plans to hit Sephora targets and grow year over year.
• Events & Brand Experience: plan and run in-store events and lead training opportunities.
• Training & Education: coach Sephora Beauty Advisors on products and launches.
• Retail Relationship Management & Administration: build store relationships and manage calendars, travel and reporting.
