Fresh, a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, seeks an Area Sales and Education Executive for Seattle. You will drive sales and execute training in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, building strong retailer relationships and leading in-store events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years beauty industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred.
• Must travel within the territory.
• Flexible hours and heavy travel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals in assigned territory through strategic call cycle and events.
• Manage freelance and travel budgets to maximize SPH and ROIs.
• Conduct in-store trainings for Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom per retailer Brand expectations.
• Plan and execute in-store events with brand initiatives and target increased event sales.
• Collaborate with store management on visual merchandising in-store.
