Job summary

THG Beauty seeks a Sales and Education Coordinator to drive Sephora sales across WA, OR, MT and ID. This field-based role spends 100% of time in stores, educating Beauty Advisors and executing events to elevate brand presence in a multi-door market.

You will train colleagues, manage schedules, monitor performance, and maintain brand standards while traveling frequently across the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beauty retail with multi-door territory experience.
• 1+ year Sephora-specific retail experience or training.
• Proven selling ability and event execution skills.
• Autonomous field worker with strong reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategies to meet Sephora sales targets and growth.
• Execute store calls, track weekly performance and identify opportunities.
• Demonstrate products, run in-store events, train Beauty Advisors.
• Maintain brand hygiene, merchandising and stock management.
• Build relationships with Sephora leadership and handle admin tasks.
