Job summary

System One is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator for a contract role in Redmond, WA. The onsite position focuses on implementing and monitoring EHS programs, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree and at least three years of EHS experience, with OSHA credentials and knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and state regulations. Onsite work, first shift hours, and a competitive hourly rate are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associates degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience required.
• OSHA training credentials.
• Experience in risk management, global EHS programs, laboratory safety, operations, construction safety.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, State).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring environmental safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintains safety equipment inventory and conducts periodic safety inspections.
• Conducts training in emergency response and hazardous material handling.
• Interacts with regulatory agencies to monitor environmental compliance.
• Recommends corrective actions for EHS hazards.
• Supports worker’s compensation program administration and ergonomic program solutions.
• Monitors industrial health compliance.
