Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or foreman role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (required).
• English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus - it makes you more effective with our crews and clients.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and the office - direct and clear.
• Dependable: shows up ready, keeps commitments, takes the work seriously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and related hardscape on residential and HOA sites.
• Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively with the office about timelines, materials, and any issues that come up.
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready.
• Hold finished work to a high standard - quality that clients notice and that we can stand behind.
