Job summary

Green Garden Landscaping in Seattle is seeking an experienced foreman to lead residential hardscape teams from start to finish, including paver patios and retaining walls. You will supervise daily crew activities, keep projects on schedule, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the office.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hardscape construction with 1–2 years in a lead role, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus — it makes you more effective with our crews and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and related hardscape on residential and HOA sites
• Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively with the office about timelines, materials, and any issues that come up
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready
• Hold finished work to a high standard — quality that clients notice and that we can stand behind

The Role

You’ll own construction projects from start to finish — paver patios, retaining walls, and related hardscape work on residential and small HOA properties throughout Seattle. That means managing your crew day-to-day, keeping projects on schedule, and being the person clients and the office can count on.
