Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Hardscapes Foreman to lead residential hardscape crews on-site in Virginia Beach. This hands-on leader will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team, with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth within an established company.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, or similar projects is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Hardscapes Foreman

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

An established outdoor construction company is seeking an experienced Hardscapes Foreman to lead crews on residential hardscape projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
