Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis in Seattle seeks an experienced project management leader with 8+ years in general contracting and strong structural concrete expertise. You will guide preconstruction, bidding, BIM workflows, and cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and budget.

You will supervise marketing and client development, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure rigorous project controls from preconstruction through completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general contracting management experience, with structural concrete expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in preconstruction planning, estimating, subcontractor bidding, and scheduling.
• Working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) required.
• Experience in leading teams with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development activities; coordinate with Marketing Manager to avoid client interface interference.
• Review and respond to assigned RFPs; maintain relationships with past clients and build new ones.
• Direct responsibility for all aspects of the construction project including estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction and QA activities.
• Ensure development of personnel on the project, training, career path counseling and morale.
• Oversee project controls, subcontractor and material management, and financials; ensure timely meeting minutes and proper invoicing.
