Job summary

The Seattle office of Lawyers for Justice is seeking a Seattle-licensed Associate Attorney to join our wage-and-hour, class and representative action practice. The candidate should have 1–3 years of civil litigation experience and be organized, professional, and eager to achieve strong outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Seattle or pending admission to Seattle Bar.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, wage and hour matters is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with deposition preparation and attendance; prepare for and appear at court hearings.
• Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
