Lawyers for Justice, P.C.® in Seattle is seeking a Senior Attorney to manage a high-volume state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative-action docket for regional, national, and Fortune 500 clients.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Washington with 8+ years in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, depositions, and motion practice; prior class-action exposure is a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington with substantial civil litigation experience.
• Experience with wage-and-hour, class actions, and representative actions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage and lead a caseload of state and federal wage-and-hour, class, and representative actions.
• Develop case strategy and oversee associate attorneys.
• Conduct and respond to complex discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions; lead settlement negotiations.
• Appear in court for hearings and trial; mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices.
